The given theme is Educating and Training Children in Nonviolence and Nonkilling and also there are more sentences as Alone Can Create a Peaceful and Sustainable World  Is that true?

I think alone cant create a Peaceful world. Because alone has limit who can do by oneself.

Therefore, we are striving for a society where everyone can live and increase friends and understanding.

Now in Japan, people are facing many problems on economically and politically by longer deflation more over 20 years. The tremendous gap between rich and poor does not stop, and young people are in economically difficult to marry and give birth. With the tax increased from October, consumption has cooled down. Anyway, I am coming to New Delhi from Japan.

I think that globalists under the backdrop of the worlds huge banks are targeting Japan in the first place to try to dominate this planet. It is violent to rule the weak and others with the power of huge money and overwhelming force. In the past, it was Mahatma Gandhi who fought against such violence by nonviolent action in India. However, in Japan, the prime minister Abe and other politicians have changed many laws to promote destruction of Japan in cooperation with globalists.

Japan's peace Constitution has been virtually destroyed by creating many new laws already.

As a result, Prime Minister Abe is currently preparing for a change in the Constitution of Peace towards the war. We almost of Japanese never want the War.

Do you know? Japanese Dr.Tetsu Nakamura was shot and destroyed by an armed group in Jalalabad of Afghanistan last 4th of this December.

He was also the Director of the hospital Peace Japan Medical Service in Nangarhar Province. About 30 years ago, Nangarhar was attacked by a trap once every 100 years. There was a lack of water and food, and many children died in a poor environment. When 4 million people were wandering on the hunger line in Afghanistan, Dr. Nakamura thought that he needed water and food before medicine to help their lives and decided to shift from medicine to agriculture. At that time, in 2001, there was a 11/9 terrorism incident in New York, and the United States eventually bombed Kandahar in Afghanistan and bombed on hungry people who could not do terrorism. In response to a request from Dr. Nakamura, Japan's NGO Peshawar Association raised 300 million yen and started constructing to draw water from the Knar River into the desert area in 2003.

Dr. Nakamura took the lead and worked with the villagers. The 27-kilometer "Malwarid Water" completed in the Gamberi Desert now it supports the lives of more than 600 thousand Afghan.

Dr. Nakamura was loved and respected by people. The life need water, not weapons is his word.

Also, he said "Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution protects me. I know that Japan is a country that will not go outside with weapons and not kill other people."  Now, Prime Minister Abe wants to betray the trust of the international community and make it a country where violence can be used.

I would like to ask all of you What means Peace?

Around the Water line, the desert changed to green land. There, a stable life was restored by agriculture, and the men who worked as migrants for the Taliban and IS returned to their families to feed their families through farming. No one wants a war. Water can flow into the earth and harvest crops. There is happiness that allows families to live together. People can avoid violence or control at here.

Society where people can protect their lives as people. It can be said that no war is peace obviously. That's all, don't use weapons, stop violence. That is the start to peace.

Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution is a promise to abandon war. It clearly expresses that other countries will not be attacked by force. Dr. Nakamura did not have any weapons and acted in Article 9 of the Constitution in an area exposed to violence.  Sadly, he was killed under an altered Japanese government that deceived the Constitution and subordinated to the United States. Dr. Nakamura lived in Service of Love.

I have learned from Dr. Nakamura about Education which is the subject of this Conference.

In constructing the waterway, the technology of Japan's Edo period / approx. 300 years ago / was adopted, local materials were used, and the experience and sense of the residents were fully utilized. It was a business where everyone was united. Nakamura thought that the villagers themselves can conserve and operate the waterways. It was also an education to revitalize people at there.

I prepared two texts from The Story of Spiritual World by Onisaburo . As the meeting organizer wrote, education is something that should be continued for all generations. Growing as a human being is an interactive learning that teaches and be taught, so the teaching side must always learn.

For example, I teach Ikenobo Ikebana for 15 years in Italy and 5 years in Slovenia. My license is the highest job. However, I am studying and training with my mentors and colleagues with pleasure.

My idea comes from the teachings of Oniaburo.  At the same time, from the experience, I understand as a proof in myself.

The title of Text 2 is The Five Activities of the Mind, but the original text of Onisaburo is Five commandments of the Mind.  My friend and I considered how we should express the teaching of Onisaburo in English much better. As a result, from the context, it means the activity of the mind, so we decided to use the word activity instead of commandment.

Onisaburo's teaching says that please cultivate your soul beautifully and abundantly like a rich green earth. This teaching will serve as a guide in education for people to approach heaven. The five activities of mind/soul/ complement each activity of the mind and are linked with each other activity of the mind. I hope that Onisaburo's teachings will help you as much as possible, and to educate someone in a non-violent and peaceful world.
